Audience: Employees with minimal experience in remote collaboration platforms.

Business Problem: The company experienced a decrease in sales due to the abrupt transition to remote work. Employees lack the skills and familiarity needed to work efficiently in a virtual environment, particularly through platforms like Zoom.

Solution: An instructional training program designed to teach employees the basics of using Zoom in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Process: For this training, I analyzed the needs of employees who are new to using Zoom and virtual teamwork, focusing on addressing the challenges caused by reduced sales during the shift to remote work.  I designed an interactive, scenario-based training program to team Zoom basics and improve virtual collaboration skills.  The training was developed with multimedia elements and hands-on activities.  The program's effectiveness would have been evaluated by measuring learning gains and tracking improvements in remote work behaviors and sales performance.

Audience: Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, medical assistants, mental health professionals community health workers, and social workers who work with Ukrainian New Arrivals.

Business Problem: These healthcare and social service professionals need to effectively engage and support Ukrainian refugees, addressing both their physical and mental health needs, while ensuring compliance with vaccine and tuberculosis requirements, and connecting them to necessary benefits and services.

Solution: A training program designed to equip healthcare and social service professionals with the skills to build relationships, screen for health needs, ensure medical compiance, and connect Ukrainian refugees to available services.

Highlights: Branching scenario, animated flip cards.

Process: This training focuses on practical strategies for relationship-building, health screening, and ensuring compliance with health requirements.  It also includes resources and guidance on connecting refugees with the benefits and services they are eligible for.

Audience: Individuals who want to create their own music for presentations, advertisements, or promotional materials, but are not musicians and have varied experience with GarageBand.

Business Problem: Many people are unaware of how simple it can be to create custom music using software like GarageBand, leading to missed opportunities to enhance their content with personalized soundtracks.

Solution: A course that guides learners step-by-step through using loops and the onscreen keyboard in GarageBand to create their own music, regardless of their musical background or prior experience with the program.

Highlights: Fully playable onscreen piano, accordion interaction, interactive software simulation, text and number variables.

Process: The course process begins with an analysis of adult learners' needs, focusing on those with no experience in music production who want to create music using GarageBand.  The course is designed to be self-paced, with goal-oriented modules that emphasize relevance and immediate application, helping learners create music for presentations and ads.  Development involves building interactive lessons with videos, step-by-step instructions, and practice exercises, incorporating adult learning principles like self-directed pacing and feedback.  The course is implemented on an easy-to-use platform and evaluation includes formative assessments and learner feedback to measure both knowledge retention and practical skill application.

Audience: Employees of Northeast Hospital who need to understand the basic protocols and actions to take in the event of a fire.

Business Problem: Hospital staff may lack essential fire safety knowledge, which can lead to unsafe behavior and increase risk during a fire emergency.

Solution: A training course that teaches hospital employees the basics of fire safety, includign how to use a fire extinguisher and the necessary steps to evacuate and get to safety.

Highlights: Interactive elements such as customized flip cards and a scenario.

Process: The course begins with analyzing Northeast Hospital employees' fire safety knowledge to identify gaps.  It's designed to be engaging and relevant, featuring interactive content.  The course is implemented online and its effectiveness is evaluated though scenario-based assessments and feedback to ensure practical application and knowledge retention.
